A young man is on trial for the fatal stabbing of his father. He doesn’t stand a chance. It looks like an open-and-shut case until one of the 12 jurors begins opening the others’ eyes to the facts. "This is a remarkable thing about democracy,” says a juror, “when deciding the fate of a man. We should not make the verdict a personal thing.” But personal it becomes as each juror reveals his character! Tempers get short, arguments grow heated. In tense, electrifying scenes, the final verdict is revealed. A superb, mature piece of dramatic literature!
