A young man is on trial for the fatal stabbing of his father. He doesn’t stand a chance. It looks like an open-and-shut case until one of the 12 jurors begins opening the others’ eyes to the facts. “This is a remarkable thing about democracy,” says a juror, “when deciding the fate of a man. We should not make the verdict a personal thing.” But personal it becomes as each juror reveals his character! Tempers get short, arguments grow heated. In tense, electrifying scenes, the final verdict is revealed. A superb, mature piece of dramatic literature!

Tony married Margot for her money and plans to murder her for the same reason. He arranges for a scoundrel to strangle her and arranges a brilliant alibi for himself. Surprisingly, the murderer gets murdered instead. Undismayed, Tony sees his hireling’s death as an opportunity to have Margot convicted for the murder. In a race against time, a Scotland Yard inspector and Margot’s former lover lay a trap hoping to expose Tony’s guilt before Margot faces the executioner.

This delightful play tells the story of a successful but egocentric novelist with writer’s block and his witty housekeeper of twenty-eight years. He has received some devastating news and she has her own secret. In a ploy to avoid being alone David invites her to stay and have a drink. With revelations that are surprising, funny and extremely moving he comes to the realization that he knows nothing about her, while she knows absolutely everything about him! It’s a love story, a social commentary and a mystery all wrapped up in snappy dialogue.
