He’s recently divorced. She’s newly-widowed. At her husband’s funeral, an old acquaintance emerges to pay his respects, leading to a re-awakening of forgotten emotions. Old Love is a story of romance, courtship and relationships between older adults.

Cast & Crew

Molly: Cathy Moore

Cathy has a long history with ETC – she played Miss Casewell in The Mousetrap 41 years ago!  She currently acts as secretary and newsletter editor for the company.  Selected acting credits with ETC: The Last Real Summer, Waiting For The Parade, The Long Weekend, Hollywood Arms.  Other: Albertine in Five Times (Cambridge Community Players), The Beauty Queen of Leenane (Guelph Little Theatre), and mostly recently, Steel Magnolias (Ayr Community Theatre).  Selected directing credits with ETC: Opening Night, Christmas Belles, Wild Guys.  An added bonus to playing in Old Love is that she is onstage again with her favourite actor (and husband) Robb.

Bud: Robb Judd

With shift-work well behind him, Robb has returned to indulge his passion for theatre.  He made his return with ETC in Murder Most Fouled Up.  He followed this with a role in Short-handed with the Elora Community Theatre.  Recently, he played Andy in Wild Guys for ETC.  Robb has play polished for ETC over many years. He is not only happy to be back onstage but to be back onstage with his soul-mate Cath.  This old guy is thrilled to be playing in Old Love under the talented eye of his old pal, Thom.

 

 

Kitty/Kendra: Jessica Blondin

Jessica is thrilled to be back at ETC for Old Love this season. Her past credits include The Gentleman Clothier (ETC), Mamma Mia (RCMPi), and Shrek: The Musical (KWMP).  She thanks everyone for joining us for our show and thanks her friends and family for all of their wonderful support, in both theatre and life in general. Arthur Sr / Arthur Jr: Michael Grant

Michael is a playwright, director and actor who calls Elmira home. As an actor and director, he has been part of many ETC productions. Most recently appearing in The Wild Guys and Of Mice and Men. As a playwright, ETC has premiered all his work except one commissioned play. From here at ETC, they have gone on to be produced across Canada. He’d like to thank the cast, crew and family for the opportunity to play.
